Coeur d'Est

A unique red blend that can only be made with grapes that are grown in the Outer Coastal Plain AVA.  Chambourcin grape is always included.  Our blend is Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc which creates a dark flavorful yet easy drinking red wine.  This wine pairs well with cuts of meat that are well marbled or stronger flavored.  Great with short ribs.
