Vignoles

Vignoles is unique in that it maintains acidity when it ripens.  We capture the sweetness of the grape to balance the acidity as it ferments into wine.  The result is this flavorful beverage that starts sweet and then becomes dry in your mouth ensuring that it is refreshing.  Flavors of peach and apricot predominate.  Try this wine with any spicy food.
